4, When selecting low-voltage transformer, the general problems needing attention are as follows:
1). Determine the application environment of transformer: when selecting transformer, first clarify the primary current of transformer, and then estimate the size of primary conductor according to national standards. For example, the primary is a cable, and the diameter of the cable needs to be estimated according to the current; If it is a busbar, it is necessary to estimate the busbar width according to the current and corresponding data; If the cable diameter and busbar width have been defined, it can be directly used to select the perforation size of the transformer.
2). determine the service conditions of the transformer: after the through hole diameter of the transformer is determined, the transmission distance of the transformer must be considered. This determines the secondary load of the transformer, especially for the output 5a, the influence of transmission distance is particularly important and can not be ignored. Some customers feed back information during use and commissioning: the accuracy error of the transformer is relatively large, and then doubt the quality problem of the transformer. In fact, it is also the problem here. When ordering, the transmission distance is not considered, but the rated capacity of the selected transformer is too small, and the total load impedance of the secondary load and transmission line is greater than the rated capacity.
3). determine various electrical parameters of the transformer: determine the rated current of the transformer: select the rated current and the rated current ratio according to the measured current, and the general rated current is more than 2 / 3 of the load current. Determine the transformation ratio of the transformer: when the secondary current of the transformer is 5A and the measured current is relatively large (> 100a), the primary can be penetrated by a single turn; When the measured current is less than 100A, it is recommended to apply multi turn threading in the primary stage to improve the carrying capacity and accuracy. When the transformation ratio is very small, the accuracy of the transformer is difficult to be relatively high. If you want high-precision products, you need to increase the volume, thus increasing the cost.
4). Detailed treatment of transformer: the general standard transformer has a unified size. If the standard transformer cannot meet the application, it needs to be customized according to the installation space and site environment. Customization requires detailed parameters and strict installation dimensions.
